Description

This is an individual version of a Renaud 10m50 equipped with a large powerful diesel motor capable of coping with tidal water. It was built with modifications to allow a category "C" offering more scope for navigation. The boat has been used as a residence on the Canal-Du-Midi and is currently based at Port de La Robine. The boat is generally sound but will need pressure washing and the gelcoat finish polishing. Inside is a little tired and would benefit from refreshing the soft furnishings and varnish.
It is designed as a cruising live-aboard and presents an opportunity to procure a houseboat in France capable of adventure at a very reasonable price.
