Unique opportunity! Fabulous FOUR double bedroom Dutch barge on a fully transferable residential mooring at Limehouse Marina in central London. A perfect family boat or she could easily, and affordably, be acquired by four young professionals.
Irmadan II has enjoyed a fascinating life in Holland and is now, after significant refurbishment in both Holland and the UK, available to move on board immediately! Structurally and mechanically in great shape, her main engine operates correctly whilst all her onboard systems have recently been overhauled or replaced.
On deck she offers amazing views of the exclusive Limehouse Marina and a choice of outdoor areas on which to relax, work or entertain.
On board, her enormous wheelhouse offers a fabulous living space with uninterrupted views, light and charm. Her adjoining kitchen is spacious, well equipped and affords a real "family home" feel.
Irmadan II's current owner has sensibly ensured her accommodation remains flexible so that a bedroom could easily become a large office, study or studio or swiftly converted into an additional bathroom (her existing bathroom is the largest and most spectacular we have ever seen!).
Viewing is essential to fully appreciate the space, flexibility and potential of Irmadan II's interior and the fabulous exterior lines of this classic and very special Dutch barge.
Hull & superstructure:
