Extremely unique 57ftx10ft two bedroom widebeam canal houseboat built in 2006. This boat is sold as a continuous cruiser, however it has a permanent mooring (choice of residential or leisure) in New Islington Marina in Manchester which can be negotiated. Undergoing a complete £80k rebuild and refit recently in 2018, the boat is
entirely new throughout inclusive of the fitted plumbing, electrics, diesel heating system and gas boiler.
Mezzaluna features a one-of-a-kind bespoke interior that was created and designed over a 6-month
period by an Interior Designer and leading bespoke boat fitter, Bob Cleveland.
Rare characteristics such as solid aged-oak spans the entire boat on both the walls and ceiling and
reflects the look and grandeur of an old-world boat; whilst modern fittings and features give it a
contemporary & stylish edge.
Oak flooring throughout the length of the boat has been painted white in the living areas, bedrooms
and kitchen, achieving a light and spacious feel to the interior. A tiled modern bathroom features a
shower over the roll top claw-foot bath, floor to ceiling heated towel rail radiator and Jabsco electric
The modern kitchen is fitted with a classic porcelain butlers sink, gas stove, new undercounter fridge
and an integrated kitchen-counter dining area.
The large main bedroom is at the stern of the boat and has a fitted ottoman double bed including brand new EMMA Mattress that lifts up to
reveal hidden storage space underneath, alongside a large built-in triple door wardrobe.
The single-cabin bedroom also features a triple door wardrobe and 2 huge drawers under the built-in single bed. Additional concealed storage areas are creatively distributed throughout the boat.
A full hull survey and blacking was completed in February 2020. A full engine service and 8-point
engine report completed by RCR in March, both survey and report available upon request. Mezzaluna
also holds a current ‘commercial BSS’ safety certificate.
Layout: Open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen, leading off into a corridor that spans along the
left side of the boat that leads into the single bedroom and bathroom. The main double bedroom at the
back, with a single hatch door opening out onto the stern.

The H-Line engines are sturdy, reliable engines. These engines have low noise and vibration levels due
to their robust construction. They are also highly fuel efficient. The H-line engines are four-cylinder
4-stroke engines with an indirect fuel injection system, a dual-circuit cooling system with integrated
heat exchanger and a seawater injected exhaust bend.
