1930 Dutch Barge 60ft x 12ft. Nearly fully over plated in 5mm steel in 2019 & at the same time the boat was Epoxy painted with new anodes bolted. The hull was surveyed in 2019 & the Volvo Penta D410 6 cylinder engine was serviced in 2020. the boat was repainted with primer, undercoat & top coat & rockwool insulation was added behind new panelling in 2022. At the same time steel sides & new portholes were fitted. Windows in the living area are double glazed & there are skylights in both bedrooms & living area. Included in the boat are a portable silent suitcase generator, 2 leisure batteries & 2 150w solar panels & a freestanding 2000w inverter and a battery charger. Hot water is provided by a Morco gas heater & heating provided by 2 multi fuels stoves. Internally there are 12v wall lights & LED lights & 240v sockets throughout
The boat has 2 double berths one in the aft cabin and one at the bow & an open plan galley and saloon with a multi fuel fire. A cooker with a 4 burner oven, a fridge & sperate freezer & a washing machine. The bedroom at the bow has a double bed & a single bunk with space for storage underneath & a small wardrobe. The aft cabin also has a hydraulic double bed for extra storage & there is space for a large chest of drawers or wardrobe. The bathroom contains a hip bath with shower overhead and Thetford cassette toilet.
There is a spacious wheelhouse with large windows providing lots of light & a multi fuel fire, which adds additional living space. There are also 2 large deck spaces for use, weather permitting.
The boat is currently moored in the quaint & historical St Osyth Village Clacton on Sea
