In 2007, she was shortened and converted to a luxury home afloat with new decks, a collapsible wheelhouse, new hatches and windows. Installed in 2008 was a new engine/gearbox with python drive, a hydraulic bow thruster, full heating system, new electrics, new water tanks and many more modern upgrades. The hull was completely shot blasted back to bare steel and painted in 2pack epoxy paint system. Her owners have established an official residential mooring for her, alongside in the canal basin, excellent step on access.
She offers very comfortable spacious accommodation, with over 2000sqft of internal space, average headroom of 2.20m throughout.
The steel flat bottomed hull has been entirely insulated with Rockwell. The entire fit out has been professionally undertaken, wooden flooring runs through the accommodation.
She can sleep and cater up to 8 persons in four separate cabins, each with their own en suite facilities.
