“Milk and Two” is located in Wiers Orchard . This is a private residential mooring in an idyllic location within the city of Oxford next to a nature reserve.
Milk and Two has access to mains electricity, BT landline, mains water supply, sewage disposal point (Elson) close by and has an official recognised postal address. The mooring is rented and a generous size.
Milk and Two was built in 2014.
We have had it re-painted and blacked (Epoxy) in 2019,
Boat Safety Scheme Certificate expires 03/10/2025.
Batteries were replaced in 2019 (1 Starter and 3 leisure batteries)
There is a Webesto Diesel Heater which powers the central heating and also heats the hot water.
In addition there is an immersion heater when using shore power.
In the main cabin there is a Morso Squirel Multi Fuel Stove.
There is a double bed in the master bedroom (front cabin)
The bathroom has full size shower, basin and a new Thetford cassette toilet with a spare cassette.
The second bedroom is fitted with a bunk bed .
The kitchen has a fitted units with Zebrano worktop, a gas hob and oven , washing machine, fridge and freezer, also a microwave.
There is also a dab radio and speakers.
Both the bow and the stern have covers which give volumes of extra space especially in the winter season.
