Considered by many to be the prettiest boat in Limehouse marina, Zwerver is a Dutch Tjalk replica from 1992 and was successfully surveyed in March 2022 with the survey report available for inspection by interested parties.



Very well maintained and with her topsides recently repainted, she is available to move onboard immediately. Her cabin roof provides a wonderful space from which to enjoy the fabulous marina views and her particularly large wheelhouse is perfect for entertaining and/or for use as a large, light office space for those working from home. The large, wrap around seating area easily converts into a double bed making this a second bedroom.

The galley is open plan with the saloon which can accommodate a dining table/desk and sofa and the large double bed sits in the bow. To keep this boat on her Limehouse mooring, a one-off Transfer of Mooring is payable of 7.5% + VAT of the price paid for the boat. The transferable, fully residential 12 month annual Mooring Fee is then £12,386 (single payment). There are options to spread this cost over quarterly and monthly payments.
