Description

38m Spits. Stripped out ready for conversion. Spray insulation in hold. Caterpillar main engine, runs a dream. Lister 15kva auxillary top deck forward. There is a set of archtect plans for a fabulous conversion but sadly it won't be happening anymore for us. Things change and totally throws things. Currently berthed in Grimsby, but we did sail her to the medway and back again when things fell through, so have faith in the engine. Any inspection welcome. Currently has no hull cert, but plates are good and thick with no leaks. Never needs pumping out. The berth is not included in the sale, but help can be given with relocation.
