Spes is a traditional Luxemotor 21.00m x 3.87m built in 1924 at Aphen unde Rhien.
She worked as a bunkering barge in Dordrecht harbour for many years, before arriving at Erith where she was used for fishing trips.
First converted in 1982 and has since been a family home with multiple refits.
Spes has made 7 channel crossings, has cruised extensively in France and Belgium, as well as the Thames and Grand Union Canal in UK, and is now moored at Canal de Garonne, midway between Toulouse and Bordeaux.
Fully equipped for living aboard and/or extensive cruising.

SPES is entered via the wheelhouse designed for sociable cruising, and often used as dining room.
The Maple lined stateroom is at the stern, with plenty of storage and small cloakroom off.
Forward past the spacious engine room is the living cabin, again with plenty of storage and room for a bed settee if required.
The woodwork forward is limed oak.
The galley is modern cream with burgundy worktops.it has large sink, Bosch Dishwasher, Neff Microwave, Belling gas oven and hob, Neff Extractor, Liebherr fridge /freezer and Amtico flooring.
Forward from the galley is Airing cupboard with heated pipes, built in Bosch washing machine, integrated laundry bin and broom cupboard.
The bathroom has quadrant shower with Grohe fittings, Leesan Vacuflush electric WC, basin with storage above and below, chrome tall radiator and a tiled floor.
The forward twin cabin again has plenty of storage, plus a Gebo hatch.
From the large hatch on foredeck is an insulated and lined out cabin fitted out for storage and housing a tumbler dryer - The bow thruster is fitted here along with ropes and boating equipment.
