This is a good solid boat, taken out of the water and surveyed in December 2017. She had a good report and all recommendations have been completed, no plating was required. Following the surveyors advice the boat was high pressure water blasted below the water line and one coat of Jotamastic 87’AL and two coats of Jotamastic 87 were applied , this paint regime should be good for at least 10 years.
She is on a fully residential mooring at Standard Quay in Faversham. This mooring is transferable to the new owners if required. The mooring comes with metered 32A electric supply, metered water supply, free WiFi and one free parking space. Standard Quay is a small friendly mooring which has a wine bar, fishmongers, pizzeria, organic butchers, vegetable/spice shop ,cafe/teashop , antique shop and a vintage clothes shop all on your doorstep. Faversham’s historic town centre is a short walk away ,as is the train station with its regular service to London.

Central heating and hot water tank provided by a Worcester Greenstar oil fired condensing boiler with its own 350lt fuel tank, the hot water tank also has a 240v element.
All the flooring is solid oak.
On the aft deck is storage with 2 x 19kg gas bottles and a washing machine. Anchor, winch, ropes, navigation lights, life rings , life jackets, coastal flare pack etc,
