The engine room houses a Gardner 8LXB, 170hp @ 1500 rpm. Twin disc 509 gearbox 3:1 reduction. BMC 18 diesel engine running 13kw alternator. Battery box with two battery banks. Hydraulic tork for hydraulic steering. Toilet room. 450 gallon fuel tank. She has a hardwod detachable wheelhouse. Engine instruments and controls, VHF, GPS, Radar, back up steering, Eberspacher heater and radiator. Two ballast tanks - one at aft peak 5 tons approx and one at cofferdam 3 ton approx. She is in a very good condition and can be shortened to any length at a very resonable cost. Currently being used as a workshop/storage. Would make an ideal workshop/studio with living accommodation.
