"Little Big Boat" is a new build, April 2009 and is in impeccable condition.
I have reduced the price for a quick sale and in consideration of the work that needs to be done. I am also very much OPEN TO OFFERS as I would like to see my boat go to a good home.
Please note this boat is near fullty fitted project. The interior is finished and it just requires the engine etc. See specification list.The vessel is located in a marina.
From the Bow; which is used as front deck and herb garden (gas locker and stainless steel water tank is housed beneath and before). Enter via Light Oak effect UPVC door into the Lounge. Walk down 3 steps, with storage, into the lounge to the left there is a stylish white Bar, fridge and ships wheel to the right there is a new dining table for two with matching upholstery to the bar stools. The flooring throughout is Oak veneer over marine ply. The lounge also consists of a two seater sofa-bed which extends fully for occassional 4 berth and a valor willow solid fuel stove. There are yellow and blue blinds to the lounge and a media centre. walk through to the kitchen with contemporary ivory doors and chrome bow handles, and a light oak work surface and round sink and drainer. the hob, grill and oven (Spinflo by Thetford) have been built in. To thr right walk into the bathroom, comprising of Jabsco Pumpout Toilet, shower unit, chrome towel rail and large porcelain sink with plenty of storage. White wall cabinet with porthole glass detail. Exit the bathroom into the large bedroom with free standing white wardrobe with ships wheel detail handles and built in bed. At the back of the bedroom is a 3/4ft deep shelf over the engine bay and back door to stern. There is room in the bedroom for more funiture.

Painted with 4 layers of primer, is currently being prepared for undercoat and top-coat. I am willing to paint to the specification of the buyer if they are in time.

This replica Luxemotor was built in 1994 and completely refurbished to a very high standard in 2007, creating a stylish contemporary home. The good sized wheelhouse provides a light filled dining area, with steps down to both the aft guest double cabin and the spacious open plan galley and living area. From here there is a small passage to the fully tiled bathroom and the master cabin. The floors in the main area are solid oak and there are oak storage units and surfaces in the living area. The barge is moored in a lovely river setting in a BW marina in Bath with all services provided for a comfortable live-aboard. |

| "Unity" is unique, being the only boat of it's type built for over 100 years. She is crafted in steel by RLL Boat Builders to dimensions taken from the specification sheets of an original Honeystreet Barge. Kennet Barges were horse drawn and therefore 'Unity' has been built to be as environmentally friendly as possible with a large solar array feeding a 48v battery, which in turn powers her propulsion and enables the use, via a 6K inverter, of 'A' rated domestic appliances.
Internally 'Unity' is approximately 800 sq ft and currently confiquered with a large double bedroom, shower room, seperate toilet room, utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer. The large galley with lots of storage has an oil fired Raeburn, which provides, cooking, central heating and hot water. The large saloon currently unfurnished has the capacity for dining and lounge area. There is also a traditional cabin under the rear deck, housing battery, inverter and motor, more storage with access hatch onto rear deck. 'Unity' is currently lying on a winter mooring on The Kennet & Avon Canal in Devizes, Wiltshire. |

Christonia is a top quality residential dutch barge replica bought as a 'sailaway' in Feb 2006 and completed in May 2009. She is registered on the SSR (Lloyds MCA). It has been professionally fitted out by the present owners to an extremely high standard with attention to detail encorporated throughout. It really has the 'wow' factor. Externally the original anchor winch was imported from Holland. The sattelite dish that provides for the three onboard tv's folds flat. The stainless steel chimney and cowell detach as does the forward chimney. The two roof hatches have colour co-ordinated covers, opens easily and can be removed so larger items ie. furniture can be taken on/off the barge. The solid wood wheelhouse collapses easily and quickly. She has a Noble mast with spotlight. The extended foredeck will accomodate table, chairs and there is a bracket for a parasol. Here there is the gas lockers which holds two x 13kg gas bottles and space for ropes etc. |
