| Barges: Wanted: WANTED! Historic ship |
| Wanted, an historic ship/barge full of character to bring up our young family on. Must be an ex-working vessel and a fully functioning ship with working engine (no static houseboats). Ship must be built pre-1965 and retain its original external working appearance.
Considering all options from motor barges/ sailing barges to fishing vessels and passenger boats, but must have flat bottom/ rounded hull. Length, anything from 20m to 26m, with a max beam of 6.5m and max draft of 1.8m. Will consider a project. We are willing to travel to anywhere in the UK and mainland Europe to view suitable ships.
