"Beppe Antje" Unique Dutch barge. Built in south Holland 1904. Riveted steel hull, flat bottom, bilge keels, timber super structure. Epoxy covered roof. Engine Mercedes OM 636, 4 cylinder diesel (42 bhp @ 3000 rmp). Paragon 2:1 Gearbox. Cooling is by Keel Cooling System. Overall dimensions: 11.60 x 3.20 x 0.40 m. Accommodation: 3 cabins, sleeps 5 persons (2 bunks in forward cabin, 1 double bed in cabin two, one pullout bed/seat in living area). Includes 4 ring gas cooker, new 3 way fridge, gas geezer water heating system, 200 litre water tank, 80 litre fuel tank. Custom made protective cover At present lying at Shannon Harbour. This is a unique and very pretty boat which is very easily managed. |
