Beautifully restored and finished in 2005 is my Dutch Barge 'EXCELSIOR'. Now offered for sale for £175,000. As well as a luxurious oak lined interior Excelsior has a reconditioned DAF 615 engine and new gearbox installed in 2000 and all other systems installed new since 2004......Just recently surveyed Aug 2009. The hull plating below the waterline was UHP cleaned, thoroughly overhauled and fitted with new plates, painted with an epoxy finish and a new prop fitted. Work was carried out at MSO Marine and a Surveyors report is available.
