The current owners have looked after and maintained this lovely barge exceptionally well. The exterior is nicely painted and this compliments the homely interior. She has fantastic deck space to the rear. The coachroof extends considerably over the cockpit and if you wished this would allow for the creation of another cabin just by adding glazed doors.
This barge is spacious, light and airey but at the same time warm and cosy.
The current mooring offers a picturesque location and the owners pay £203 per month rental. They have indicated that the marina owner would be happy for the next owner to remain located here too. You would have to ask them direct of course.

Vent du Nord is based in the beautiful city of Auxerre, the former medieval capital of Burgundy, and known as the city of cathedrals. Auxerre has a stunningly picturesque old town on a hill on the west bank of the River Yonne, with winding streets and squares below belfries and half-timbered houses. The best view of the town is from the Pont Paul Bert, built in 1857, where there has been a bridge of one kind or another since the Romans came to town. From Auxerre you can visit the Chablis vineyards in northern Burgundy. On the waterways, an upstream cruise on the L’Yonne takes you to the Nivernais canal, or downstream to the Burgundy canal or the River Seine.
This is a beautiful region of France and a Captained cruise afloat on board Vent Du Nord will leave you hugely satisfied and relaxed like you’ve never been before....
