The vessel has been built to a very high standard. The interior fit features extensive use of hardwood timbers, including ¾” English oak, ash, teak and African walnut. The mechanical specification includes a 175hp diesel engine, bow and stern thrusters, navigation equipment and a 6kw generator. A full UK VAT paid audit trail will be supplied with the vessel.

Hull & Exterior.
Material / build: All steel. Thicknesses: 10 / 6 / 5mm

Exterior: Black 2 part epoxy painted hull to rubbing band. White sheerline. Sidedecks in black with non slip finish. Superstructure in white.

Windows: Black arch top anodised aluminium top hopper opening, 7 each side.

Foredeck: Rope fender. Raised steel bulwarks with raised mooring bits. Manual anchor winch hawse pipe and admiralty type anchor. Gas locker containing 2 x 13kg gas bottles.

Roof: Light mast. Large searchlight and horn, with two further searchlights on wheelhouse. Flue for stove. Solid ‘ventilator’ box over saloon. Fully glazed wheelhouse with demountable upper section constructed in aluminium, and with insulated roof sections.

Aft deck: Distinctive wrap around custom made rope fender. Mooring bit. Emergency tiller steering position.

ACCOMMODATION (From aft)

Cabin Arrangement: Aft en suite double cabin / Wheelhouse / Galley / Saloon / Bathroom / Forward double cabin.

Berth arrangement: 4 + 1 - two double cabins, and occasional single in wheelhouse

Cabin 1: Aft double cabin. The cabin features extensive drawer and open storage built in solid walnut. The double bed is lengthways against the aft bulkhead. Flat screen TV. Door off into en suite WC with white china hand basin and Thetford electric flush cassette toilet. Mirror fronted bathroom cabinet. Further cupboard housing calorifier. Door to passageway to port, which leads forward past the engine space (with access) into the galley part of the main accommodation. House under the side decks are a 240v ‘Bosch Classic’ washing machine, and separate ‘Sovereign’ 240 refrigerator and freezer. Mounted on the bulkhead is the Mastervolt centralised control system for 240v systems.

Cabin 2: Wheelhouse. The wheelhouse upper section is demountable. Central steering position with ‘captain’s’ chair on Desmo type leg, engine and thruster controls. Equipment includes compass, VHF radio, Simrad chart plotter with speed and depth display. Upholstered seating to port can be used as a single berth. Steps to starboard down to accommodation.

Cabin 3: Galley. The galley is organised in three sections. Black granite work surfaces with solid timber cupboards and drawers below. To port is a section of work surface with inset round stainless steel bowl with mono tap and separate drinking water tap. Two high level decoratively leaded glass fronted display cupboards. The central section extending from the aft bulkhead incorporates a ‘Country Leisure Caprice’ four burner gas cooker with grill and oven in black and green. Cabin 4: Saloon. The salon is spacious and intended to take free standing furniture, comprising a sofa and two chairs. Inset into the roof are large hinged ventilators resembling an unglazed skylight (thus avoiding condensation problems).
